Who we are
Cultivating connection between people, horses, and nature.
Stable Ground Institute is a nonprofit creating opportunities for healing, growth, and meaningful connection through equine-assisted learning, coaching, and nature-based experiences.
We believe growth begins with having stable ground. Horses help us develop self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships, while nature provides space for reflection, restoration, and learning.
Our programs serve individuals, families, youth, and organizations through equine-assisted learning, coaching, homeschool enrichment, leadership development, team-building, and community programs.
We are especially committed to supporting foster youth and families, survivors of domestic abuse and human trafficking, and others navigating significant life challenges through accessible, trauma-informed experiences.
Together, horses, nature, and community create a place where connection, belonging, and growth can take root.
